Founded by husband-and-wife duo, Matt and Nat, Bush Harvest Co is situated on our 45-acre farm nestled amongst the lush and idyllic foothills of The Nightcap Range in the Northern Rivers NSW.
Our mission is to create a range of products that champion the beautiful and distinctive qualities of native Australian botanicals. We aim to provide luxurious goods that encourage people to incorporate native foods in their everyday skincare, wellness and culinary routines.

We started Bush Harvest Co to showcase the extraordinary benefits our native bush foods have to offer. Not only are they delicious and nutritious, they also provide incredible health properties.
Bush foods are naturally adapted to Australian conditions, requiring fewer resources such as water and fertiliser, which supports sustainable agriculture.
Our hero ingredient, the native Australian finger lime, is grown and harvested by Matt and Nat, right here on our farm. Our farm to bottle philosophy ensures the highest quality, locally grown and sustainably farmed ingredients, and allows us to shorten our supply chain for powerful products that don’t cost the earth.

Our Story
After years of dreaming of a country change, extensive searching, numerous disappointments and unsuccessful offers, fate led us to a hidden gem in Blue Knob NSW. Nestled in the shadow of the majestic Border Ranges, a decade of neglect had obscured the farm’s innate beauty. Overgrown fields and a dilapidated shack did little to inspire us, but hidden beneath acres of overgrowth lay a grove of ailing finger limes. As we ventured deeper into the property through towering swathes of grass, we were rewarded with breathtaking views of Blue Knob, Lillian Rock, Mount Warning and The Border Ranges. It was love at first sight.
Five years on, though our faces are often flushed and our bodies drenched in sweat, we have discovered the true value of resilience, perseverance, and patience. Bush Harvest Co is an ode to the beautiful and abundant land we are lucky to call home.
Hi, We're Matt & Nat
Husband and wife, co-founders and proud parents of four fur kids (two dogs and two horses). We’re the farmers and creators behind Bush Harvest Co.
With a background in primary school teaching and equine nutrition, we had little to no experience with farming. It’s certainly been a challenge as we navigate our way through what it is to be farmers, while going through periods of drought, bushfire, pandemic and floods… Anyone who has worked with finger limes knows what we’re talking about when saying they’re a “prick” of a plant to work with! (Long leather pruning gloves are essential!).
However, our love of hard yakka, living on the land and native Australian botanicals has strengthened our drive to make Bush Harvest Co something special for our customers. We hope you love our products as much as we do!

Absolutely LOVE both the Refresh and Face Lift! The Refresh cleanses your skin but leaves it feeling hydrated and fresh (not screaming for moisturiser or dried out like many other cleansers)! The Face Lift I love more than I even thought I would…I know the name should give it away but I just couldn’t believe the difference in my fine lines and brightening my skin, especially around my eyes. As a mum of little kids, finding time for a skincare routine isn’t always the easiest, but I’ve found these products so simple that I’ve been able to use them every morning and night no problem (and even take away camping)! This stuff is incredible! My new go to keeping my face hydrated in the dry Yukon climate. Highly recommend, im always hesitant to try new face care due to breaking out but I did not have this issue switching over. I’m a customer for life!
Absolutely love this set. The refresh and face lift are amazing for daily use. So light, clean and fresh. The face cloth is also so soft and feels great on the skin. Great products!
I only like natural products and I started using this a few months ago. I absolutely love it. It’s so fresh and lathers really well when applied. It is now my go to for morning and night. The packaging is also so simple and pretty that it looks nice sitting on my bathroom counter.
I live Canada's frozen north where temperatures in the winter are regularly -30 to -40C. These conditions are incredibly harsh on one's skin. I've looked long and far for a product that can keep my skin feeling soft and supple without piling on lotion. After years of looking, I found *exactly* what I needed with Bush Harvest Co.'s products. I use both the serum and the refresher daily and my skin has never felt better. I only need a tiny drop of the serum and it keeps my skin feeling soft and hydrated even on the coldest of days. I've even had people compliment my skin and although I'd love to take credit, I have to thank Bush Harvest Co. for that!
This is my first purchase of the Bush Harvest Co cleanser and I'm not disappointed. I love the fact that their products come in glass bottles (no plastic - yay!), too. The cleanser is gentle but works well at removing eye makeup. I find a little goes a long way, too. Great product!
I have been purchasing the Bush Harvest Co Finger Lime Serum for some time now and love the product. I enjoy the fact that the serum is not an oil and my as my skin absorbs the serum it's left feeling nourished and hydated.

I love my new baby finger lime plant! I recently bought it from the Bush Harvest Co stall Matt & Nat had set up at a market in Byron Bay. They had four different varieties for sale! I chose a plant that already had quite a few finger limes growing on it.
I repotted the plant, transferring it into a larger pot using the easy-to-follow instructions available on the Bush Harvest Co website. It only took about 15 minutes, and the end result is shown in the attached photo!

When I originally inquired about this product Nat asked how many different things I use on my skin. She said, instead of using four products you only need to use this one and she was so right!
